And if our hope in Christ is only for this life, we are more to be pitied than anyone in the world. (1 Cor. 15:19)

In today’s world we have Muslims so dedicated to their beliefs they become martyrs for their cause. Why don’t we see the same level of commitment today among the majority of Christians?  The early church “did not love their lives to the death”. They had a vision and dedication which needs to be restored in today’s believers.

Despite a flood of teaching, many Christians maintain a sense of un-fulfillment. Others wonder why our prayers for revival in the Church and the nation seem to go unanswered.  Is it possible that mixed with the many restored truths that there are lingering traditions?

Early Church Leadership
