Some of those in remote areas may either not be online or have an unreliable internet service.  You do not require a direct internet connection. All you need is your own USB port and access to a computer. Second hand computers are quite cheap.

Using your USB port, you can download the course through an internet café or friend, take it home and complete it on your computer.  You then send back the completed questionnaire via your friend or internet café and then receive your results.

Some churches may consider providing computers and office space for those who do not have internet access.
